M.Biz Hotel ★★★

Well located. Breakfast included in every booking. More than nice and attentive staff.

Window was not caulked well, therefore wind could break into the room which was not too fancy with -12 degrees celcius at some points (but at least the staff kept my own construction intact during my whole stay to keep it warm). I had the feeling as if only the trash got sorted as well as making the bed was included in every day's housekeeping.

The breakfast choices exceeded my expectations. Initially I thought there were gonna be just sugary cereal and slice bread haha.

The clean towels weren't as clean as they ought to be; found strings of hair 2 out of 4 mornings when I unfold them for use.

Only 5 minute walk from Coex exhibition grounds.

Mistakes made with card payments, both rooms had to be pre paid for all days at arrival. Made it look like a rent by the hour hotel (what it is basically). Bathroom filthy, pubic and long black hairs in bedding, towels and on floor. Fungus on bathroom tiles and room ceiling. Furniture broken, WiFi only worked few hours during entire 3 day stay and when it did it was so slow we couldn't even do emails. Breakfast is stale toast and jam, really bad coffee and cornflakes. Very old building and just about everything was dirty, damaged or broken. Place is a rent by the hour motel that got "upgraded" on the booking sites for trade shows to attract business people. Don't go there, in the same area are better options.

1. Staff - the M.Biz hotel staff were extremely helpful, with special thanks to Manager Kim for arranging the return of excess money I gave to our previous hotel, saving me the trouble of travelling all the way back to our previous hotel. Since we were attending a conference which started at 1400h, the hotel allowed us to check in early and let us borrow their ironing board and flat iron to iron our clothes. The hotel also provided adapters for our chargers which were available at the front desk. The hotel also allowed us to leave our bags while we roamed around the area and helped us arrange the taxi to the airport; 2. Cleanliness - the rooms were cleaned and the toiletries and bottles of water were replenished every day; 3. Location - the location was in a interior street where it was quiet but was only less than a 5-minute walk to the nearest bus stop and a park and only an 8-minute walk from COEX. There were coffee shops and restaurants nearby and a convenience store and a Dunkin' Donuts just a few steps away from the hotel. The hotel is also only around 20-minute bus ride away from Lotte World and a 30-minute bus ride from the Express Bus Terminal; 4. Room - the room I had was adequate in size and had a small window opening towards the next building. The bathroom had good water pressure and the toilet had a bidet; 5. Breakfast - the room rate came with breakfast of bread, ham, boiled eggs, cereals and orange slices although the breakfast could use a little more variety from day to day;

1. Floor towel - a floor towel would be convenient to have to avoid tracking water on the floor after a shower; 2. Breakfast - a little more variety with the breakfast fare would be good; 3. Clothes rack / cabinet - Having a cabinet where clothes can be placed would be good for long-time stays;

The location of the hotel was close to my destination COEX where i had to go for 5 days consecutively . In a lane not surrounded by restaurants or Pubs so its quite and convenience stores and all sorts of restaurants are nearby .

bed covers can be a bit happier and toilets are quite old now ... refurbishment is required.

Location is very convenient to attend conference at COEX. Room is clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. I learned how to use the underground/subway from the staff, he explained very well, very easy to get around Seoul using public transport.

Comfy bed, clean, fast wifi, good location

The breakfast is monoton, but good la... Just to take before going out. Tv sometimes doesnt appear at the screen.

Staff were very helpful. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Towels were changed everyday. Bottled water was provided daily.

Same food was served everyday for breakfast except for the soup.

Am Besten waren die freundliche Hilfsbereitschaft des Personales und die zentrale Lage mitten im belebten Geschäftsdistrikt Gangnam. Wenige Minuten Fussweg zur nächsten Metrostation Linie 2 die als innere Kreislinie ganz Seoul verbindet. Problemloses und recht schnelles Internet über Wifi. Massenhaft kleine und grosse Restaurants, Bars und kleine Supermärkte gleich um die Ecke. 5 schnelle Gehminuten zum Konferenz-Zenter Coex. Im Oktober war die Temperatur ok, aber wie es im Winter oder Sommer ist muss sich zeigen, einfachste Isolierung. Es ist sowohl Heizung als auch Klimaanlage vorhanden. Prima Dusche mit gutem Warmwasserdruck. Bett mit ausreichend fester Matraze. Wir haben keine besondere Ansprüche und waren viel unterwegs in der City, kann für ein paar Tage Sight-Seeing empfohlen werden wenn es Gangnam seien soll.

Der Standard war, auch für asiatische Verhältnisse, eher einfach. Mann merkt schon dass sich das Leben zum grossen Teil draussen abspielt. Aussicht darf man keine Erwarten. Einrichtung ist alt, Mini-Kühlschrank der sich bei Entnahme des Zimmerschlüssels ausschaltet... das ist wichtig zu wissen! Ausgestattet auch mit VHS Abspieler, das sagt ja schon etwas über das Alter aus :-) Reinlichkeit ist relativ, es war nicht schmutzig, aber sicherlich auch nicht richtig sauber. Auf dem Tisch standen zur Begrüssung 2 Sprühdosen mit Insektiziden. Haben wir glücklicherweise nicht benutzen müssen. Nach der Zimmerreinigung noch deutliche Rückstände in schwerer zugänglichen Spalten die bestimt schon Monate alt sind. Staubknäul unter dem Bett. Das Frühstück gab es bis 09.00, war recht simpel, jeden Morgen gab es das Gleiche über 10 Tage. Bisschen Salat, eingelegte Früchte, Ei, Cornflakes, Suppe, weisses Gummi-Toastbrot. Der Kaffee hatte die Farbe von kurz gezogemen Tee. Aber der Weg zum nächsten Strassenfrühstück/-brunch ist ja nicht weit. Das Rezeptionspersonal war hilfsbereit, jedoch war die Qualität sehr inhomogen. Vom fliessend Englisch sprechenden Touristenführer bis zum kaum Englisch-Kundigen der bei einfachen Problemen überfordert war. Sollte ein bisschen besser selektiert sein.

Ausstattung etwas heruntergekommen, angeschmorte Steckdosen, ausgebrochene Türverriegelung, Badezimmer komplett unter Wasser bei Benutzung der Dusche, Frühstück etwas dürftig

Bad steht unter Wasser nach einer Dusche (Abfluss in der Mitte des Raumes), Zimmer viel zu warm da man die Temperatur nicht regeln konnte (außer Fenster aufmachen), Frühstück war sehr sehr einfach und nicht lecker

Das Bett war recht bequem und der Service an der Rezeption war sehr gut und freundlich!

Zimmer etwas klein und das Internet hatte einige Unterbrechungen!

Wasserabfluss für Waschbecken und Dusche in Raummitte, da weiß man, woher der Begriff Nasszelle für's Badezimmer stammt...

불편 사항은 바로 해결해 주심.

선릉역서 7~8분이지만 버스 정류장은 가까움. 큰길에서 골목 안쪽이라 구글맵으로 찾으면 갈 수 있으나 위험하지는 않았음. 건물 내부는 오래되고, 린스,폼클렌징은 없고, 일회용 칫솔,비누,빗은 있음.화장실에서 샤워하면 파티션이 없어서 세면대,변기쪽으로 물이 튀고 흘러 미끄러워지고 전반적으로 샤워하기는 불편함. 외관보다 내부가 오래되어 저같이 잠만 자고 가는 손님이 아니라면 별로일 수도 있음. 조식은 식빵,버터,딸기쨈,삶은계란,스프,시리얼,옥수수캔,오렌지주스,우유,커피로 바쁜 아침시간 정말 간단함. 밤 새도록 위층 걷는 소리, 복도 문닫고 캐리어 끄는 소리에 밤 새웠음^^;;

방이 추워서 룸 교체요구를 하였는데 즉각해줘서 너무 좋았고, 특히, 프런트 여자직원분의 친절에 감사했습니다. 그 분이 더욱 고마웠던건 다음 날 아침에 춥지 않으셨냐고 물어보셔서 감동이었습니다.

조용하고 직원분들 친절하셨어요~ 더블룸 예약했는데 트원룸으로 배정해주셨어요~ 조식도 딱좋았어요.

날씨가 추워서인지 지하철역과의 거리가 걷기에 조금 멀게 느껴졌어요ㅠ 티비가 안나와서(안테나 선이 연결 안됐던 듯 계속 케이블 연결하라는 메세지만ㅠ) 고독(?)하고 조용하게 보냈네요..

위치가 굉장히 좋고 직원분들 모두 친절하셨어요!~

먼지가 너무 많습니다. 보이는곳만 치우시는거 알겠는데 침대 밑에 먼지가 수북해서 깜짝놀랐습니다. 자고 일어나면 목이 아팠어요.

가성비 좋은 호텔입니다!
